About TOEIC
The TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) assesses the English proficiency of non-native speakers in both written and spoken English. The test is developed by ETS (Educational Testing Service).
Companies use it for recruitment purposes, while universities use it as a prerequisite for admission to or graduation from certain programs. For example, all students in ESG programs leading to a B.A.A. or B.Sc.G. degree must demonstrate intermediate-level English proficiency.
