TOEIC test preparation guide
The TOEIC Listening and Reading test is an internationally recognized standardized test that measures English language skills.
Companies use it for staff recruitment.
Universities use it as an admission and/or graduation requirement in certain programs. For example, UQAM students of ESG who complete a program leading to a B.A.A or a B.Sc.G must attest to an intermediate level in English.
This test is offered at the Centre d’évaluation des compétences linguistiques (CECL) of UQAM. For TOEIC exam dates or to make an appointment: CECL
Objectives
- Master the skills required to take the exam.
- Develop strategies to adequately prepare for all parts of the test and to obtain the best possible results.
- Improve English language skills for oral and written competencies.
- 6 full-length practice tests to evaluate acquired skills and preparation level.
Level required to register for this course: B1 (Language skills)
Certificate
A certificate of participation will be issued to all participants who attend a minimum of seven (7) classes.
